On Jan 6th I met with the judge and she told me that If I agree to pay the $40 fine for my conviction of failure to have Insurance Card on Dec.12,2011 she would not charge me for the vehicle collision part. and was told they did not have a judge there on that day and I have to go back another day-the 6th of Jan. So I went 0n the third and the fourth of Jan. Richmond Hill to ask for a reduction of the fine on Jan. 12,2011, the day of the accident, that I could go to the court of justice on the Hyde Tech Rd. If I fail to successfully complete the test within 60 days from the date of this letter my driver's licence will be cancelled in accordance of Higfway Traffice Act. This is in accordance with the Highway Traffice Act for drivers who have attained the age of 70 years. 2012, I am required to pass a three part test consisting of written, vision and road tests at a Drive Test Centre of my choice. I received a letter from Driver improvement Office (Ministry of Transport ), dated Apthat due to my motor vehicle collision on Decemand my related conviction of FAIL TO have Insurance Card on Jan 04.
